Barewitness’s mission is to create and produce original cinematic works as an ensemble and in collaboration with artists from a variety of experiences and cultures. Our unique artist-led group encourages its members to switch production roles and explore the many facets of production, thereby challenging the hierarchical process of filmmaking. Barewitness’s work strives to allow people of different backgrounds and talents to express their stories.
